REFUND POLICY

FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through to the end of your current billing period.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

No refunds will be given for digital and downloadable products including but not limited to audio files, PDF files, or video files. 

FOR SERVICES:

Payments for services offered such as guidance readings and intuitive reiki healing, whether they occur in a physical or digital setting, are non-refundable. 

FOR PHYSICAL GOODS:

  • ERINGY happily exchanges physical goods in perfect, unopened condition within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

  • No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind.

  • ERINGY does not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. 

  • ERINGY does not offer refunds unless goods are faulty.

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. 

  • If we do not have proof of the physical product purchase on our records, you will need to provide such. 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PHYSICAL ITEM:

  • To complete your return, we require you to contact us to pre-arrange authorisation. Please email using the form on our contact page regarding your request, and we will give you instructions. Please note: our office hours are: Monday - Thursday 9 - 5pm and Friday 9 - 3pm AEST.

PRICE OF SHIPPING FOR RETURNS:

  • Shipping for returns will be at your own expense, and you will also be charged a re-delivery fee for the new items being returned back to you of $9.95 Australia-Wide. This fee may be different if you are located internationally as it ultimately depends on the courier delivery fee at the time. You will be advised of the fee via email. 

HOW SOON YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR NEW ITEM OR REFUND:

  • We cannot send your exchange products or issue a refund for a faulty product until we have received the original purchased product. 

  • If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once we have received the original purchased product, we will either:
    - issue a refund for the price you paid for the product minus the shipping costs, or
    - send an exchanged product within 2 business days (tracking number will be provided via your designated email).
