REFUND POLICY

  • ERINGY happily exchanges physical goods in perfect, unopened condition within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

  • If we do not have proof of purchase on our records, you will need to provide such. 

  • ERING does not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. 

  • ERINGY does not offer refunds unless goods are faulty.

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. 

  • To complete your return, we require you contact us to pre-arrange authorisation. Please email using the form on our contact page regarding your request, and we will give you instructions. Our office hours are: Monday - Thursday 9 - 5pm and Friday 9 - 3pm.

  • Shipping for returns will be at your own expense, and you will also be charged a re-delivery fee for the new items being returned back to you of $9.95 Australia-Wide (Australia Post calculated fees for International locations)

  • We cannot send your exchange products until we have received the original purchase back in perfect condition.

  • If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
