TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS: By participating in the trial you acknowledge that, unless you cancel within the trial period, you are agreeing to auto-renewal of a monthly subscription at our regular monthly price. Cancel your trial here.
Note: the above cancelation form is for trials only. Full members wishing to cancel should use the form in the “Cancelations” section below.
AUTO-RENEWAL: Membership purchases auto-renew monthly and annually, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION: If you decide Inner Circle Wellness is not for you, you can cancel by filling out this form. To ensure a successful cancellation, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Cancelling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future. You must contact us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to ensure that you will not be charged in the next cycle.
Your access to membership will be rescinded 30 days after your last payment if you are a monthly member, or one year after your last payment if you are an annual member.
Please do not initiate a cancellation request or dispute claim directly with your credit card company as your first step – we are here to help. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through Facebook or any other social media.
REFUNDS: If you selected the annual subscription, you have 30 days from purchase date to request a pro-rated refund by filling out this form. To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.
We will deduct your first month (at the monthly rate) from your refund. Your access to the membership site and Facebook group will be rescinded 30 days after your purchase.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.

DEFAULTS: If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.
REFER-A-FRIEND: Referral rewards are available only to members who are current and in good standing. Free month rewards require processing: they may or may not be applied to a member’s next payment, depending on timing. The referral link must be used for signup in order for the referrer to receive credit.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from membership at any time for any reason.
