How to End the Feeling of Loneliness

Hola gorgeous,

You know that feeling right? The one where you have exciting news about something important in your life but then you realise there’s no one to share the news with. The one that reminds you that there’s no one that gets you - who understands you. That there’s no one that truly accepts you. It’s this feeling of loneliness that can be all-consuming – it’s our greatest fear after all. So is there a way to rebuild a connection with people who do in fact get you? Is there a way to be comfortable with the feeling of loneliness so that your life can still have meaning and purpose?

In this episode of the segment, Ladies, Let’s Get Real, Samantha Ember and I explore the concept of connection; as in, real connection. This is great news for you because it means you can get a start on building genuine relationships that last a lifetime. Why? Because then the joys, the struggles, the optimistic and pessimistic times, the ‘holy cow, did you just see that?’ moments can all be shared in ways that are meaningful. Our spirit yearns for deep connection so it’s imperative to honour that.

So no matter where you are in life, whether you’re in a social circle right now, or feeling completely and utterly alone, this episode will show you how to end the feeling of loneliness for good.

You’ll learn:

  1. Why it’s imperative that us as women come together in circle in this modern day

  2. How to create the most intimate connection with the people you most want to be associated with

  3. The SL and SA words that shouldn’t be thrown in the ‘I’ll do that later’ basket because, without them, disconnection will continue to exist

  4. What your reality is actually telling you about yourself

  5. How even the most horrible relationships can teach you the biggest lesson in life about yourself

  6. Why it’s okay when certain relationships are just not working and what that means for you

  7. How having a connection to the big U can turn your life around in amazing and wonderful ways

This episode will get you reshaping your view on what it means to be alone and how by feeling it, you’ll actually be able to form deeper and more meaningful relationships.

Once you’ve had a chance to watch today’s episode, I would love to hear from you.

Share your insights in the comments section below!

The more detail you share, the better you’ll help others who can relate to you (and no doubt will be relieved that they’re not the only ones feeling or experiencing a similar thing). Plus – you may even form a deep connection with someone as like-minded as you.

Important: We’d love to read about your thoughts and ideas but any links to other posts, websites, videos etc, or promotional material will be removed (we want to stay away from spam…and we don’t mean the canned ham variety).

Thanks so much for watching and taking part in our community discussion!

Remember, it’s so important to take the time of solitude to explore who you are and what you want to become because it’s only then that you’ll attract the sorts of relationships that complement your true worth.

Please share this with someone who needs to be reminded that they’re not alone and that they mean something to you.

With love and gratitude,
